How to make the Meal Plan more International
Question:
I do not live in the United States and don't have access to some of the foods. How do I follow the meal plan?
Short Answer:
Using the Perfect Plate Method can make our programs more applicable to any member, across the globe.
Longer Answer:
Part of what makes our programs so appealing is that we provide a "no-think" meal plan for members who simply want to be told what to eat each day. However, for members who like more variety and/or are from other countries without access to the recipe's ingredients, implementing the Perfect Plate Method is just as convenient.
In a nutshell, the Perfect Plate is comprised of 50% Veggies, 25% Lean Protein, 25% a Complex Carb or Healthy Fat (the latter if looking to trim your carb intake if a sensitive to carb consumption). That's it! You simply pick your favorite healthy veggies, protein, and carb/fat source and you have a fantastic meal. Check out this video and this video in terms of how fast and easy it is to create healthy meals based on this concept (for the entire week!).

Now if you don't have some of these foods available, that's OK! It's all about following the Perfect Plate Method, sprinkling in any (healthier) seasonings, spices, rubs, etc. that you prefer. In most cases, seasonings found around the world contain healthy compounds and strong antioxidants anyway!
