Are Fit Mother Supplements OK if I'm taking anxiety medications? Are there any specific supplements I should avoid?
Question:
"Hey FMP Team, I take anti-anxiety medications and they help me. I really want to try your Fit Mother Supplements. Are there any supplements that are NOT ok for me because of my medication?"
Short Answer:
All of our Fit Mother Supplements - with TWO notable exceptions - are safe if you're taking anxiety medications.
1) Avoid Balance Rx as this supplement has St. John's Wort which is a compound that interacts harmfully with most anti-anxiety medications. It is NOT recommended you take any supplement with St. John's Wort alongside prescription anti-anxiety medication.
2) Burn Rx is SAFE with anti-anxiety medication... yet it does have some natural metabolism-boosting stimulants that can raise your heart rate and may increase feelings of anxiety in some people. If you're fine with coffee, BURN RX should be no problem for you. If you are very sensitive to stimulants, I would skip BURN RX.
Longer Answer:
Fit Mother SuperFuel is fine with all anxiety meds. This is a fantastic supplement for the quality nutrition. The protein, vitamins, and probiotics will help improve his health... and may benefit his anxiety.

BURN RX is a metabolism-boosting supplement that does have some natural stimulants, so there is a chance it COULD increase anxiety. It may not increase your anxiety.. it just depends on how stimulants affect you. If you're fine with coffee, BURN RX should be no problem for you. If you are very sensitive to stimulants, I would skip BURN RX. If you wants to try burn, we recommend you take it in the morning.
