SuperFuel Shake Recipe Modifications For Women

Here are the modified SuperFuel Fat Burning shake recipes for women; we recommend that women use the following fat-burning shake recipes and NOT the muscle-building shake recipes as those are intentionally higher in carbs. All of the changes from the original recipe are bolded and italicized below.

Vanilla Berry Blast Fat Burner:

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla SuperFuel Protein
  • 1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup of organic mixed berries (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp organic chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon MCT Oil*
  • Add ice to increase shake thickness
  • 3 drops of liquid stevia

Pumpkin Spice Fat Destroyer Shake:

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla SuperFuel Protein
  • 1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon*
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon of MCT Oil
  • Add ice to increase shake thickness
  • 3 drops of liquid stevia

Chocolate Chip Fat Burner Shake:

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla SuperFuel Protein
  • 1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
  • ½ frozen banana (medium size)
  • 2 tbsp organic chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • Add ice to increase shake thickness
  • 3 drops of liquid stevia

Pure Vanilla Bliss Fat Burner Shake:

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla SuperFuel Protein
  • 1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (no sugar added)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp organic chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon MCT Oil*

  • 4 drops of liquid stevia

Raspberry Vanilla Fat Burner Shake:

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla SuperFuel Protein
  • 1.5 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2/3 cup organic raspberries (frozen)
  • 1/4 frozen banana (medium)
  • 2 tbsp organic chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Coffee Lovers Fat Burner Shake:

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla SuperFuel Protein
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 frozen banana (medium)

  • 1 cup crewed coffee (fresh or cold-brew)
  • 1 tablespoon of non-fat cacao
