Does Bulletproof Coffee Work With The Plan?

Answer: Yes. Bulletproof Coffee (BPC) can absolutely fit into my suggested meal plan recommendations.

If you're using the "At Home" Meal Plan Setup in FM30X, you would enjoy some BPC before your first meal at 10:30 am.
If you're using the "On The Go" Meal Plan Setup, you would have your BPC  either before your morning workout or with your first meal (post workout).
I do have this one strong suggestion: reduce the amount of fat in the BPC from the "standard recipe."
I would suggest the following:
  • Quality organic coffee (preferably a dark roast that's higher in antioxidants)
  • 1/2 TBSP MCT Oil
  • 1/2 TBSP grass-fed butter (or ghee)
  • Total Fat:15g Fat vs. 45g+ in the regular recipe.
BPC is great. Healthy fats are great. Calories do matter though, so we can't go overboard.
