Tennis Elbow Support Guide
-The key to healing tennis elbow is:
- Stop aggravating activities
- Bump up intake of natural anti-inflammatory supplements (fish oil / curcumin)
- Do some cross friction massage on the area AFTER it calms down a bit and isn't super acute.
- Do eccentric wrist extension exercises using either a resistance band, therabar, or dumbbell.
