Tennis Elbow Support Guide

-The key to healing tennis elbow is:

  1. Stop aggravating activities
  2. Bump up intake of natural anti-inflammatory supplements (fish oil / curcumin)
  3. Do some cross friction massage on the area AFTER it calms down a bit and isn't super acute.
  4. Do eccentric wrist extension exercises using either a resistance band, therabar, or dumbbell.
