Does the FM30X plan work if I'm on Keto?

Short Answer:

While we are not a low-carb program, we do recommend a more carb-controlled program revolving around specific consumption timing. Our plan is more balanced than Keto though we do recommend lower-carb breakfasts and do have members who follow their own Keto protocol. 

Longer Answer:

The main reason why just about any trend diet works is that they all remove similar items: processed/refined foods, sugar, artificial junk, etc. So you end up seeing results and feeling better partly because of the removal of items, not solely because of the specific diet! Our meal plans take a more balanced approach than Keto, as we recommend an almost-even split between the 3 main macros (30% Protein, 35% Carbs, 35% Fat). We believe this is a bit more sustainable in the long run as when you stop eating Keto, and re-introduce carbohydrates, chances are some weight will come back on. As you progress in the program, we do emphasize other intake tweaks, such as fasting and carb-cycling, and do recommend certain timing for consuming carbs. Additionally, we believe getting a good source of complex carbs can help fuel your workouts, satiate you, and accelerate results.

However, we do have members who follow a Keto diet and still see great results, and at the end of the day, it's a personal choice for how you would like to proceed with your intake.
