How to Perform Mom Strong 3 without a gym
First of all, if you are reading this, congrats on making it to Phase 2 Month 2! We know a lot of you are working out at home and may not have access to a gym but luckily, you can still perform Fit Mom Strong 3 with some slight modifications. Before getting into the modifications, FMS3 is a strength-building workout (whereas Tower of Power is a fat-burning workout). In order to perform FMS3 and reap its full benefits, you will need heavier weights, as the 1-2 lighter dumbbells may not be sufficient to do all the movements. If your goal is more about fat-burning/weight-loss, simply focusing on the ToP and HIIT workouts is a better solution anyway.

- Lat Pull-Down==>Band Pull-Down (If no bands at home, try Bent Over Rows)
- Face Pulls==>1-arm DB Row
