How to Perform Full Body Fit without a bench
We know a lot of you are working out at home and may not have a bench but luckily, you can still perform Full Body Fit with some slight modifications. Before getting into the modifications, FBF is a strength-building workout (whereas Apex10 is a fat-burning workout). In order to perform FBF and reap its full benefits, you will need heavier weights, as the 2 lighter dumbbells may not be sufficient to do all the movements. If your goal is more about fat-burning/weight-loss, simply focusing on Apex10 and HIIT workouts is a better solution anyway.
Though if you do have access to additional weights, try the swaps below if you do not have a bench:
- Deadlift + Glute Bridge (as is)
- Bench Press + Row==>Floor DB Chest Press + Row
- Split Squat + Shoulder Press==>Split Squat performed on a chair/ottoman/couch + Shoulder Press
- Push-up + Superwoman (as is)
- RKC Plank + Lying Leg Raise (as is)
