Am I ready for Phase 2?
As our FM30X members reach the end of the first 30 days (Phase 1), they sometimes ask whether or not they should move onto Phase 2. Phase 1 helps create a solid foundation for your overall health but Phase 2 is when the changes really start to happen. In an ideal world, you will have completed every single routine, are dropping a ton of weight, eating 100% clean/healthy, all while getting loads of quality sleep. Unfortunately, real life doesn't work that way for the majority of us! So we have created the following checklist to determine whether it is appropriate for you to move onto Phase 2. The checklist covers the following areas: Exercise, Nutrition, Progress, and Energy/Motivation. If you can successfully answer YES to all criteria, you are ready to move forward with the program to find even greater results!
